The continuous mesh belt atmosphere brazing reduces surface oxides at the faying surfaces, resulting in a clean, high integrity braze joint that improves the service characteristics of the finished part , the furnaces ensure consistent brazing results by offering superior temperature and atmosphere control. The furnace passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality certification.

Protective Gas: Ammonia Decomposing Gas(75%H2+25%N2) or other process required atmospheres.
Materials Processed: nickel based alloys, stainless steels, carbon and alloy steels, aluminium, copper and copper alloy.
Parts to Be Treated: Such as Automotive components, Electronic devices, Aerospace components, Nuclear components, Medical devices, etc.
