The continuous mesh belt hydrogen brazing furnace used hydrogen to reduce surface oxides & other possible contamination on the assemblies to be brazed  which can increase the strength of the brazed joint. Hydrogen Brazing gives exceptional results on most stainless steels. And then the furnace passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality certification.

Protective Gas: Ammonia Decomposing Gas(75%H2+25%N2) or other process required atmospheres.

Base Metal: Stainless steels, Mild steels, Aluminium, Copper and copper alloy, Carbide, tungsten.

Braze Alloy: Copper, Nickel, Silver.

Parts to be treated: Such as Automotive components, Hydraulic Fittings, Heat Exchangers, Pressed Assemblies, Machined Assemblies, Wire Formed Assemblies, etc.
