The heat treating furnaces and equipment are generally used for steel wire or steel strip. The annealing furnace is a rectangular parallelepiped with a heating zone in the middle. The steel wire or steel strip to be annealed enters the furnace body from one end, passes through the high temperature heating zone to reach the annealing temperature, and then passes through the cooling zone. Rolling out from the other end into a roll, this annealing process is called continuous annealing process.
Heat treating furnaces and equipment are generally treated by solution heat treatment, which is commonly referred to as "annealing", and the temperature range is 1040~1120 °C (Japanese standard).
